Nutrition is one of the most important factors regardless of goals- if your nutrition is poor here's some factors that can occur- poor energy, poor recovery, malnutrition, injuries, menstrual issues, obesity. Just to name a few.
Programming is not something you can play around with, it is possible you cause yourself an injury if you don't know what you're doing. Not to mention are you programming correctly to achieve your goal?
Based on my experience, after working in gyms for years, the truth is if you try to do it with no accountability it likely won't work because you won't be able to do it long term. (Online coaching comes with accountability). That's just an observation I have made.
It's likely to be an unfulfilling life if you're not pushing yourself to achieve something physically and a Coach is there to support you through that!
And in addition to that do you have a good mindset capable of achieving the result you desire!
There's a big misconception in the fitness industry, Coaches are NOT there to give you a meal plan and a training program for example, yes we do that but they are just tools we use.
Coaches are there to support you through any struggles you have.
Having a Coach is important. Accountability and guidance are so important because without these it will be difficult to achieve your specific goal!
