Move further - imagine you are pushing a wheelbarrow 50 meters with 10kg in it, next time you move it go 70 meters with the same weight or more!!
Lift heavier - Think of moving a pile of rocks, next time, lift heavier rocks- increase the weight every time you lift.
Improve technique - Let's say you're doing lat pull down, slow down the reps, pull all the way down, squeeze shoulders back and down at the bottom.
Progressive overload is imperative for muscle growth!
For best muscle gain results, Ensure you are in a calorie surplus, complete structured training programs and record weights to improve each week!
