What form of stress are you under?

Overtraining = Stress


Busy Schedules = stress


Quality of food or lack of (potentially) = Stress


Hormonal Chaos from everything stated above = Stress


Our bodies cannot differentiate the difference between emotional, physical, or hormonal stress. Cortisol (stress hormone) is stimulated regardless of the stress stimulus.


Rest, a good meal and some time management, potentially could be a good start to reset those hormones.
