This can "really" effect your results!

We have all seen that person that is new to that thing that they have just started.


They are really excited and do it as much as possible, there's nothing wrong with this but when the novelty wears off you see that person not be able to keep going with this new activity.


This is why it is important to build routines, habits, discipline and resilience.


And if you want more enjoyment find a performance goal to achieve!


We will make different decisions based on our mindset. A person with long term goals will “likely” do better than someone with short term goals!


If we have a mindset where we don’t change things daily/weekly we may just be coasting through life not really achieving anything! Or if we don't set goals we don't have anything to achieve.


Being somewhere in the “centre” of the “All or Nothing” mindset is optimal because we are not making our lifestyle unsustainable but we are also slowly implementing the changes required to meet your goal!
