Getting started at anything can be tough so here's some tips we have taken from years of experience in the fitness industry!
Use them as you please….
1. Use Use action to motivate yourself - action comes before motivation
2. Cut out anything that might be making it harder for you - go straight to the gym
3. Set a time you are free and stick to it - Set a time in your calendar
4. Have a training partner - this will make it more fun to train
5. Get a Coach - A coach can hold you accountable, track progress and provide guidance and support.
6. Put your gym clothes and bag out the night before - people who do this are more likely to train.
