Be in a calorie deficit for weight loss, a calorie surplus for muscle growth! - The right amount of food for both and you will be successful!🥑

Eat Protein at every meal - protein is the superhero for fat loss and muscle gain! 💪


Try and train 3-4 times per week - think of training as a way to get strong and maintain/build muscle! 🙌


Focus more on how much you move outside of the gym for fat loss! - the gym is a very small part of our day!🚶‍♀️


Use progressive overload - lift heavier or move further! ✅


Make sure you have the right mindset - A training program won't be enough to reach your desired outcome! ❌


Our goals take time to achieve, so cut out the guesswork and speed up the process! ❤️


Which will save you money because you learn how to sustain your results rather than doing it twice!💯


If you look at it logically, there are only four to five days over Christmas and New Year's which you will be busy! Given this is convenient you can easily push towards your goals, and they can be rest days!🌲
