Have Structure - By having structure you will be able to have the time to do the things you need to do to reach your desired outcome!
Consistency is key- This is very important, If we are consistent this will get us the best results.
Train as much as possible - We have to think of training as allowing us to get stronger and maintenance or building of muscle. There are so many benefits of this. I won't list them there's too many. Make sure to use recovery time between training sessions!
Master your habits- Our habits are the foundations- if we nail these as a whole we can have awesome results which we can sustain!
Track your calories or use another method of managing nutrition - It's imperative for body composition that we manage our nutrition and “eating healthy” won't always do the trick! By tracking your calories you will learn what you need to do to sustain your results which is imperative. People often lose weight but can't sustain the weight loss.
Have a Coach - Everyone will reach road blocks in their fitness journey. This is why you must contact your Coach, we are problem solvers and have certain strategies that we use to overcome things!
Enjoy the program- Take pride in your everyday habits by knowing that what you are doing is the best thing you can do for your body, trust in the process and know that all the things you are doing are going to create the best version of you.
Set and review goals- by having goals it gives us something to aspire to- life would be reasonably unfulfilling without them. Break them down so you never feel like they are too difficult to achieve. But also so we can feel like we are getting somewhere!
