1. Know exactly what you want - make it very clear to yourself.

2. Write down your goals - have these written somewhere so you can see them.

3. Believe in yourself - how can you achieve if you don't believe.

4. Remind yourself constantly of the goal - keep it at the forefront of your mind.

5. Be passionate about your goal -tell other people about it.

6. Break it down into bite size chunks - have small wins often, this will help you build confidence.

7. Reward yourself along the way - rewarding yourself makes it easier to do.

8. Stay positive at all times - being negative won't enable you to get the best result.
